Robert Mussard (1713 Geneva - 1777 Paris) was a renowned Swiss portrait miniature painter, who was mainly working with watercolor and gouache on vellum (sic!). He was active as a Court Artist in France (at the Court of Louis XV) and Holland. His works can be viewed at the Louvre in Paris and Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam.
