Claude-Maria Dubufe (1790 Paris - 1864 La-Celle-Saint-Cloud) was a pupil of the famous J.L. David. He debuted in Parisian Salon in 1810, proceeding to exhibit there regularly until his death. In 1828-1831 he lived in London, exhibiting there at the Royal Academy.
